Teaching Assistants may not begin work until they have submitted a TA/Faculty Contract that is signed by both the professor and the TA. If a Teaching Assistant has more than one TA position, a contract is required for each position.

Faculty need to complete a TA Request Form each semester and submit it to the CWAA. If the request is approved, a TA/Faculty Contract will be sent to each faculty member by the CWAA prior to the start of the semester.
