Teaching Assistants may not begin work until they have submitted a TA/Faculty Contract that is signed by both the professor and the TA. If a Teaching Assistant has more than one TA position, a contract is required for each position.
Faculty need to complete a TA Request Form and a TA/Faculty Contract each semester and submit it to the Center. Due to the increasing demand for TAs, not all requests can be honored. Priority is determined by the CWAA Director and Assistant Director, with direct input from the faculty members of the Teaching Assistant Advisory Board (TAAB). The deadline for TA Request Forms is May 30, 2014. Late submissions may result in delayed or rejected requests.
