Hill Card
Please note that the Hill Card will transition to a virtual ID in summer 2026. This page will be updated with the most current information at that time.
The virtual ID will serve as your official form of identification at Stonehill. It will also be used for Meal Swipes at dining locations and for Dining Dollars purchases at retail food venues, including Dunkin. Additionally, a new mobile app will allow you to access authorized buildings and doors, as well as the Route 123 and Route 138 entrance gates.
If you have any questions, please contact the Information Technology Service Desk at 508-565-1111 or service-desk@stonehill.edu.
The Hill Card is Stonehill’s campus access card. Students use their Hill Card to access residence halls, the library, the sports complex and other campus resources. It also stores meal plan balances.
Meal Plans
Stonehill College’s meal plans, which are in full effect for the entire academic year, are set up through the tuition billing process. Please visit here for more information about meal plan options.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars are stored on your Hill Card. To use them, diners should let the cashier know that they would like to pay with Dining Dollars. Dining Dollars are helpful when community members want to make a purchase in a retail location or when they run out of Meal Swipes. Unused Dining Dollars carry over only from the fall semester to the spring semester. They expire at the end of each academic year.
Add Funds to a Student's Hill Card
Anyone may add additional dollars for student use by making a guest deposit. Please note that this system is currently being retooled in light of the College's upcoming move to virtual ID cards. This page will be updated with the most current information during summer 2026.
