Byung Soo Han
ASIA CENTER FOR THEOLOGICAL STUDIES AND MISSION
Byung Soo (Paul) Han is an assistant professor of Systematic Theology at Asia Center for Theological Studies and Mission and the director of The Institute for Reformed Theology in South Korea. He is also teaching in Central Reformed Theological Seminar during summer and winter breaks. He holds a Ph.D. in Historical Theology focused on Reformation and Post-Reformation Reformed theology from Calvin Theological Seminary.
As well as several scholarly essays, Dr. Han has recently published two books, Reformed Orthodox Theology: Prolegomena (Seoul: Revival & Reformation, 2014) and Mirroring: Theological Meditation of Scripture (Seoul: Seumbooks, 2014). In addition, he has published three Korean translations of theological texts: Richard A. Muller’s After Calvin; Willem van Asselt, Maarten Wisse, T. Theo J. Pleizier, and Pieter L. Rouwendal’s Introduction to Reformed Scholasticism; and Willem van Asselt and Eef Dekker’s Reformation and Scholasticism. Now he is translating Francis Turretin's Institutio elencticae theologiae, Vol.I. into Korean.
