'Extraordinary Iceland' - October 9-13, 2015

We have developed a special itinerary which highlights some unique aspects of Iceland. Professor Maura Tyrrell '64 will accompany the group as faculty guide. She has taught in Stonehill's Biology Department since 1975 and holds the Rev. Francis Hurley, C.S.C. Chair in the department.
Travelers will enjoy the natural beauty of Iceland with visits to the Blue Lagoon, the Golden Circle (with its geysers and waterfalls), fishing villages and an excursion to view the Northern Lights. 'Essential Holland & Belgium' River Cruise - April 12-20, 2016
We have partnered with Avalon Waterways to offer an amazing trip through Holland and Belgium. Visits to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Veere and Ghent will be highlights, as will an excursion to the breathtaking Keukenhof Gardens and a visit to the impressive windmill fields of Kinderdijk. In addition to the itemized itinerary, Avalon is offering a special Beer tasting Cruise with special tastings, lectures, and visits to historic breweries.
