  • Q.P.R.: Question, Persuade, Refer is a nationally recognized training on suicide prevention. Learn how to identify warnings signs, persuade someone to seek help and make a referral.

  • One Love: Dating Violence Prevention Workshop: Learn facts about dating and domestic violence and how to identify an abusive relationship and how to help a friend or loved one.

  • R.A.D. Self Defense Training for Women. R.A.D. is a nationally recognized self defense training for women which teaches basic awareness skills and self defense techniques. This is a 12 hour training. You must be able to attend the entire 12 hours.
    • Session 1: Monday/Wednesday evenings from 6pm-9pm, Sept. 10th, 12th, 17th and 19th
    • Session 2: Sunday evenings from 5pm-9pm, Sept. 16th, 23rd and 30th
