R.A.D. teaches awareness and risk prevention skills as well as basic self defense techniques. This is a 12 hour course which is typically taught over four 3 hour classes. Fall 2018 Classes
- R.A.D. Self Defense classes for women. This is a nationally recognized training that teaches awareness skills and basic self defense techniques. This is a 12 hour training and you must be able to make the entire 12 hours in order to sign up.
- Session 1: Meets on Monday's and Wednesday's from 6pm-9pm on the following dates: Sept. 10th, 12th, 17th and 19th
- Session 2: Meets on Sunday's from 5pm-9pm on the following dates: 16th, 23rd and 30th
