Reserving Space for Meetings and Events

All space and event requests require the completion of the 25Live Submit an Event Form. Guidelines and instructions are provided on the Form. After submission, requests will be evaluated and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the requestor.  To cancel a space reservation, please contact the Conference & Event Services Office (note: it is the requestor's responsibility to also cancel any additional arranged campus services).

If a cash bar is provided at your event, please complete and submit the One-Day Liquor License Request Form a minimum of four-weeks prior to the event.  If you have any questions, please call 508-565-1177.
