  • Calm – Sign up for a free trial to check out Calm’s guided meditations, musical selections and nature sounds.
  • Ten Percent Happier – Like Calm, above, Ten Percent happier offers a free trial that gives you access to guided meditations and teachings led by renowned meditation instructors.
