COVID-19 Visitor and Guest Protocols
Stonehill College is open to visitors and guests who meet requirements associated with our COVID-19 mitigation practices. However, please note that, following move-in on January 16 and 17, we will temporarily suspend non-student visitor access to residence halls for the first few weeks of the semester.
All visitors and guests are expected to read and follow the protocols described below.
Please note that the College reserves the right to change visitor and guest policies at any time.
General Campus Access
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, visitors and guests accessing campus for the reasons listed below must complete our Campus Access Authorization Form ON THE DATE OF THEIR VISIT before arriving to campus. Upon successful completion of the form, you will be provided with a credential via email that will grant you access to campus. All guests must present this credential to our gatehouse attendant upon arrival to campus in order certify that they will abide by our masking protocols and are currently experiencing no symptoms of COVID-19.
The Campus Access Authorization Form should be used by alumni, community partners, family and friends of current students, service providers, vendors and others accessing campus for the following reasons:
- Athletic contests
- Performances/guest speakers
- Pick-ups/drop offs
- Special events
- Other daytime visits
For more information on campus access for guests, please review our general guest policy.
Please note the following special exceptions. The Campus Access Authorization Form linked above should NOT be used in these cases. Please read carefully for specific instructions.
The College has temporarily suspended non-student visitor access to residence halls for the first few weeks of the semester. Updates to the overnight guest protocol will be communicated as needed.
Library and Archives access require advance appointment. The MacPháidín Library and Stonehill College Archives are open to the public by appointment only.
