LEAD begins with an Orientation in August 2025 and concludes with a Capstone in April 2026. Below are session dates, times, locations, and brief descriptions of each module:
Manager/Participant Orientation Meeting

Kickoff and Module 1: Leading with Purpose
Session Date and Time: Thursday, September 25th, 9:00 am-4:00 pm

- Purpose and authenticity as a leader
 - Aligning personal values with the mission
 - The leader’s role in setting the tone
 - Emotional intelligence and leadership
 
Module 2: Manage Your Energy

Module 3: Building Relationships
