Spark Employee Recognition Program
The Stonehill Spark Award recognizes and rewards the efforts and attitudes of Stonehill employees who seek to carry out the mission, goals, and values of the College.
The Employee Recognition Committee has identified the following core values as ones that best exemplify a colleague who is eligible to receive a Spark Award:

Employees who demonstrate kindness and concern for all and show respect for the rich diversity of the Stonehill community.
Family Spirit
Employees who demonstrate social and civic responsibility within the Stonehill community, including hospitality and community service efforts that extend to our neighbors and visitors.
Zeal
Employees who demonstrate great energy or enthusiasm in all aspects of their job performance, including interactions within their division/department and extending to other members of the Stonehill community.
