These support groups provide a safe and supportive space for survivors to discuss experiences of sexual violence, receive support from other survivors, and learn skills to help in the journey to healing. Members will help each other discover their own inner strengths while building an individualized “toolbox” of coping skills. They will focus on self-care, healthy relationships and empowerment. These groups are confidential, and are led by counselors from A New Day, a local Rape Crisis Center.

Two separate virtual groups are held: Mondays at 5pm & Tuesdays at 10am *Groups will not be held on holidays. (Feel free to call / email us if unsure)
