Business Services
Business Services, formerly known as Purchasing & General Services, supports the College’s operational and financial infrastructure by collaborating with campus stakeholders and external vendors to enhance the experience of students, faculty, staff and guests.
Business Services oversees purchasing and procurement, office layout and design, ProCard administration, and travel resources. The department also manages essential operational and auxiliary campus services, including the Bookstore, Dining Services, Mail Services, laundry, vending, Conference & Event Services, and more.

Dining Services & Catering
Bon Appétit Management Company, Stonehill’s dining services provider, delivers fresh and memorable culinary experiences to the campus community.

Bookstore & Skyhawk Shop
The Bookstore Annex, located in the basement of Boland Hall, offers textbooks and school supplies. The Skyhawk Shop, located in May Hall, features apparel and gifts.

Student Laundry
The College partners with CSC ServiceWorks to manage campus laundry facilities, which are equipped with free Vend washing and drying machines.

Print & Mail Services
Located on the lower level of the Roche Dining Commons, the full-service post office also functions as a print center.

Vending Machines
The College offers beverage vending through Coca-Cola and snack vending through Prestige Vending Services.

Hill Card
Students use their Hill Card to access residence halls, the MacPháidín Library, the Sports Complex, and other campus resources.

Conference & Event Services
This department provides inspiring on-campus settings for meetings, conferences, retreats, camps, and special events.
