Searching ArchivesSpace
ArchivesSpace is a web application used by the Stonehill College Archives and Special Collections Department to manage our historical collections. It is searchable by keyword and browsing. Brief instructions and screenshots can be found below.
General Search
From the ArchivesSpace homepage archives.stonehill.edu enter keyword search term. This will enable you to search all of our holdings. To search a specific collection click here for directions.
After entering a search term (here we've used "baseball") you will receive results across all collections. This will include individual files and record groups. At the right there are options to narrow your results with additional search terms in the "Filter Results" on the right hand side.
By adding the additional keyword "champion" we reduced the number of results from 1045 to 9.
Please note that ArchivesSpace only shows the items available and not the items themselves. To request to see specific documents please contact us with the item identifier or additional questions.
