Remembering Custodian Arthur Karlson

November 29, 2017

His job was to keep Duffy Academic clean and Custodian Arthur Karlson did so to perfection and in a spirit of great fellowship with all who worked or studied there. After 35 years of service to the College, Karlson retired in 2009 but died recently. His colleagues have been recalling him with affection, calling him a “gem” and noting the “care he took in his work” and how he was a “special person. Good inside and out” As another put it, he represented “what Stonehill was all about.”
