For the third year in a row, Stonehill's Financial Management Association (FMA) Chapter received the Superior Chapter Award, the highest honor possible for an FMA student chapter. Less than one percent of FMA Chapters receive this prestigious designation. In addition, Assistant Professor of Business Administration Michael Mullen received the Association’s Superior Faculty Advisor Award.
Established in 1970, the FMA is a global leader in developing and disseminating knowledge about financial decision making. The FMA’s more than 3,000 members include finance practitioners, academicians and students who are interested in the techniques and advances that define the field of finance. Currently, there are over 200 FMA student chapters.
