Art & Visual Culture Major
Art and visual culture majors at Stonehill concentrate in one of two areas: Studio Arts or Visual Studies. The program offers minors in arts administration, studio arts or art history.

Dance Concentration
The Performing Arts major – Dance concentration and the Dance minor are designed to challenge students whether they are novices exploring a new world or seasoned dancers furthering their quest for new dance genres.

The Digital Media Production major and minor provide students with hands-on experience in the creation of visual screen media.

Students in the Performing Arts major – Music concentration and the Music minor experience classes and ensembles that inspire creativity and maximize their potential guided by faculty who provide individual coaching and instruction.

The Performing Arts program at Stonehill offers four concentrations: Dance, Music, Theatre or Cross-Disciplinary. The program offers minors in Dance, Music, Music Technology or Theatre Arts.

The Arts & Visual Culture major – Studio Arts concentration and Studio Arts minor offer students strong fundamental training in a nurturing environment where they will be exposed to a rich array of conceptual and formal approaches to artmaking.

The Performing Arts major – Theatre concentration and the Theatre Arts minor provide students the chance to enter the world of theater arts and discover themselves and their abilities anew while challenging their body, mind and imagination.

The Arts & Visual Culture major – Visual Studies concentration encourages students to study visual products from the past and present, including paintings, sculpture, architecture, film and mass media.
