About the Speaker

A Boston native, Amina Bulman has an extraordinary track record of leadership across sport, strategy, and brand development. She currently works for Boston Legacy FC, the professional women's soccer club. Previously, she spent five years with the Washington Commanders, where she played a pivotal role in rebuilding the organization’s culture and guiding its historic rebrand. Rising from Chief of Staff to ultimately serve as Chief Brand & Strategy Officer, Bulman oversaw business planning and analytics, marketing and content, corporate communications, merchandise, and community relations. Her career also includes leadership roles at the Obama Foundation and McKinsey & Company.

Bulman holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale University, where she was a four-year varsity rower. A lifelong Bostonian, she has rowed the Head of the Charles 10 times and completed the Boston Marathon three times.
