I'm a senior Interdisciplinary Studies (speech-language pathology) major and a Psychology minor. During the Fall 2013 semester, I studied abroad at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. While there, I not only travelled all over Australia, but visited nearby countries as well. Going abroad was the most rewarding and exciting experience of my college career and I would love to share my adventures and advice with anyone looking to study abroad!

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Office hours: Wednesdays, 2:30-4:30pm

I am a senior Marketing major and Economics minor. My chosen destination was Dubrovnik, Croatia. I spent a lot of my time exploring the beautiful Old Town and surrounding Adriatic Sea with the locals I met in my classes. Additionally, I was able to venture to countries I had never even heard of before I left America. I absolutely loved my abroad adventure and can't wait help you plan yours!

Belfast, Northern Ireland & London Internship

Office hours: Tuesdays, 12-2pm

I'm a senior History and Arts Administration double major. I spent the fall of 2013 studying at Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland and the spring of 2014 studying and interning in London. Between the two semesters, I spent nearly eight months (including Christmas) abroad and traveled all over the UK and Ireland. This experience allowed me to create strong friendships with students from Europe and beyond, as well as gain invaluable work experience. I'd be thrilled to talk to anyone about Northern Ireland (the place that stole my heart!) or Ireland/the UK in general.

Rome, Italy

Office hours: Mondays, 12-2pm

I'm a Senior Psychology Major and Sociology Minor. I studied at John Cabot University in Rome for the Fall semester of 2013. My time abroad was filled with new experiences, traveling to other beautiful parts of the world, gaining my independence, and eating lots and lots of gelato. I wouldn't trade my semester abroad for anything. Can't wait to hear from any students interested in studying in Italy or abroad in general. It's an experience you won't regret.

Granada, Spain

Office hours: Fridays, 1-3pm

¡Hola Stonehill! I’m a junior International Business and Spanish double major. This past fall, I was studied in Salamanca, Spain, at the oldest university in Europe. My four months abroad were a time full of learning (both in and outside the classroom), making new friends, and experiencing cultures not native to my own. I was fortunate enough to travel around both Spain and Europe to develop a stronger sense of cultural awareness and a better grasp on the world. Just a year ago I had never been on a plane, and now having some travel knowledge, I would love to share my stories and adventures with you. Studying abroad is a good way to kick-start your desire to see what the world has to offer, and I would recommend it to anyone.
