Winter Session Withdrawal & Refunds
In the Winter Session, students may only add or drop a course until 11:59 p.m. on the second day of classes, Tuesday, December 22, 2026. For online courses, the first day is considered Monday, December 21, 2026. After the first day of classes, students may only withdraw based on the withdrawal and refund deadlines below.

How to Withdraw
To withdraw from a course, undergraduate students must complete and sign a Course Withdrawal Form. If you have any questions on completing the form, please email (academic-advising@stonehill.edu) or call 508-565-1306.
Withdrawals will only be processed by form submission. Requests for course withdrawals made by email or phone will not be accepted. The College will be closed between Thursday, December 24, 2026 – Sunday, January 3, 2027, and Course Withdrawal Forms submitted during that time will be timestamped and processed according to submission date when the College reopens on Monday, January 4, 2027.
Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw, are dismissed or simply stop attending will receive a failing grade for the course and forfeit all rights to a refund.
