How to Withdraw

To withdraw from a course, undergraduate students must complete and sign a Course Withdrawal Form. If you have any questions on completing the form, please email (academic-advising@stonehill.edu) or call 508-565-1306.

Withdrawals will only be processed by form submission. Requests for course withdrawals made by email or phone will not be accepted.  The College is closed between Wednesday, December 24, 2025 – Friday, January 2, 2026, and Course Withdrawal Forms submitted during that time will be timestamped and processed by submission date when the College reopens on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw, are dismissed or simply stop attending will receive a failing grade for the course and forfeit all rights to a refund.
