Accounting Association

The Accounting Association is open to students of all majors and class years. Members are exposed to representatives from graduate schools, accounting firms, CPA prep courses and others networking opportunities. The club holds meetings and on-campus events throughout the academic year.

Association for Computing Machinery

The Association for Computing Machinery is a nation-wide organization of college students interested in the field of Computer Science.​ No prior knowledge in computer science is necessary, and all are welcome. 

As a member you have the opportunity to compete and learn in coding competitions/hackathons​, learn from guest speakers from major tech companies, develop your technical skills in student-led workshops​, and gain networking and professional development​ opportunities, all while making friends and having fun. 

Most importantly, we seek to create a community of students interested in Computer Science​ to support, connect, and learn from one another.

Biological Society Club

Biosociety is a club for those who are interesting in biology and supports students interested in future study/work in the field. Students from any background, class year, and interest are welcome to come meet like-minded individuals and learn about the wonders of biology.

Chemistry & Biochemistry Club

Part of the student chapter for the American Chemical Society, this club is open to all who have a passion for science and aims to provide resources for future research, and internship opportunities. Not only do we focus on helping the future careers of the students, but also provide fun experiments and volunteer opportunities to take a mental break from all the college classes. Join us for some science fun!

Criminology Club

The mission of Stonehill Criminology Club is to educate students on the complexities of the United States Criminal Justice System through club meetings and events that may include guest speakers, field trips, and networking opportunities. As a student-led organization, the Criminology Club aims to provide additional, outside the classroom knowledge and assist students in the discovery of potential career paths and opportunities once they leave Stonehill. Past events include presentations from Homeland Security and the Nashua Police Department, Pizza with Professors, and a field trip to MCI Norfolk. 

Education Society

Education Society supports students interested in working in the field of education. Numerous events throughout the semester allow students to gain insight into the various aspects that the field of education has to offer.  

English Society

A gathering place for all bookworms, we welcome literature lovers both belonging to and beyond Stonehill's English Department. We plan activities for our meetings, occasional parties and the odd outing to celebrate those things that we share: the characters we love, the plots that stick with us and the stories that tie us all together. Entrepreneurship Club

Whether you have a startup idea, a passion for problem-solving, or want to connect with like-minded, ambitious peers—this is the place for you!

Financial Management Association 

The Stonehill FMA gives students the opportunity to enhance their academic experience and gain a better understanding of the finance industry and its professional possibilities. Open to students of all majors and class years, our FMA chapter offers professional seminars, weekly meetings, an active stock market simulation challenge, visits to local companies as well as opportunities to network with numerous guest speakers throughout the academic year.

Fintech Club

Fintech Club at Stonehill College will bring together a community of students who are motivated and interested in the intersection of finance and technology. While providing educational opportunities through workshops and case studies while also building our network and cultivating skills relevant to fintech in this rapidly growing field. 

Healthcare Society

Stonehill Healthcare Society is dedicated to helping students explore and prepare for careers in the healthcare field. We provide opportunities to learn about the healthcare system, build connections with current professionals, strengthen resumes, and navigate job opportunities in healthcare.

Mock Trial

Mock Trial is a competitive team activity where we simulate a real, lower- court trial. In the beginning of the school year, we receive a case packet with information about either a civil or criminal case and we use the year to prepare for invitationals, regionals, and nationals -- the big one!

Each team member will be assigned a role for either side of the trial, whether it's a witness, attorney, investigator, detective, etc. No matter what role you are, you will be able to sharpen your speech, acting, and critical thinking skills.

Philosophy Society 

Stonehill's Philosophy Society is a club dedicated to creating a social atmosphere for the philosophically curious to explore ideas, outlooks, and some of the most important present day questions together. Our goals are to promote more critical thinking, provide an outlet to express philosophical views, facilitate events for dialog to expose those who are interested in exposing themselves to a larger variety of philosophical ideas, and enable more networking opportunities to philosophy majors. Both majors and non-majors of any year are welcomed to join us at any meetings and events.

Pre-Health Society

We aim to provide students with knowledge and resources pertaining to the healthcare field. Members are able to participate in guest speaker events, team bonding activities, volunteer experiences, professional development, and more. Anyone who is interested in pre-health is welcome to our meetings and events!

Psychology Society

Psychology Society welcomes psychology majors and anyone interested in the topic. Our events help students learn more about psychology as a career option, courses provided at Stonehill, graduate programs, and research and internship opportunities. We also hold and participate in events that promote mental health awareness.  

Sales Club

Student led club dedicated to providing a platform and community for all students who are interested in sales or want to develop sales skills. Students will be able to immerse themselves in the world of sales, gain knowledge and practical skills, and network with professionals and peers who share their enthusiasm for this dynamic and essential aspect of the Business world.

Stonehill National Student Speech Language Hearing Association 

Stonehill NSSLHA discusses the classes for the Communication Sciences and Disorders major and minor, along with internships that are provided through local private practices and schools. Additionally, we discuss the process of attending and applying to graduate school with events featuring alumni in the respective fields, and life once certification is received. 

Stonehill Neuroscience Society

Stonehill Neuroscience Society is an academic club geared towards all things neuroscience. Students from any major and class year are welcome. Events include to inform students of the neuroscience courses offered at Stonehill, research/internship opportunities, as well as future directions and careers in the field. We also host Brain Week during the spring semester!

Stonehill History Society

The Stonehill History Society is a student-run organization that aims to make an inclusive environment where individuals, whether studying history or simply interested in certain historical topics, can come together, and share a space of learning, creativity, growth, and discussion all about history. There are multiple club meetings and events both on-campus and off-campus throughout the academic year!

Stonehill Quiz Bowl 

Stonehill Quiz Bowl is a student-led organization focused on playing trivia. Meetings consist of playing reading questions in teams and learning strategies and tricks to improve your general knowledge base. The team practices to compete in tournaments against other colleges, but all are welcome regardless of commitment level or experience. Sample categories include arts, literature, science, history, and everything in between!

Students for Environmental Action

Students for Environmental Action is a club set in place to advocate for a more sustainable Stonehill. As well as, a place to bring together like-minded students who have a passion for the environment. We strive to create an welcoming atmosphere for all Stonehill students, where their sustainability ideas are supported! Join us in creating fun activities for the whole campus to enjoy and help us advocate for a more green future!

Women in Business

Women in Business is a club dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the business department. Our mission is to help female students succeed in the business world by providing opportunities for networking, academic support, and professional development. Our club offers opportunities to connect with peers and professionals in the business world, academic support, frequent meetings to discuss the unique challenges women face in the business world and explore strategies to overcome them, and opportunities to gain insight from successful individuals in the workforce through workshops and guest speakers. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive community where female students feel welcomed and encouraged to achieve their goals. Women in Business is a community that uplifts and supports one another in their professional and personal journeys.

Women in Finance

The Women in Finance Club is dedicated to empowering and supporting women interested in pursuing careers in finance and related industries. Our mission is to build a strong community through educational workshops, networking opportunities, and professional development events. By hosting guest speakers, company visits, and peer mentorship programs, we help members gain industry knowledge, sharpen their technical skills, and build confidence. Whether you are just exploring finance or preparing for your career, the club offers a welcoming and collaborative environment where you can learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Women in STEM

Women in STEM aims to provide support and new opportunities to its members. We not only want to encourage more women to join STEM majors, but to support those currently in them through a sense of community and creating connections between each other and guest speakers. De-stress events and discussion-based meetings will serve as a way to relax, and continue to be successful in your major.

ACRES Yearbook Club 

ACRES Yearbook Club is a club for all students. This club allows each individual to show off their special skills and learn more about Stonehill. It is also a great way to meet new students and faculty while also celebrating the graduating class. 

Active Minds at Stonehill College

Active Minds at Stonehill College is focused on promoting mental health awareness, education, and advocacy. We aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health by creating a supportive space for open conversations, hosting events, and providing resources to foster well-being on campus. Through workshops, campaigns, and peer support, we aim to foster a community where students feel empowered to prioritize their mental health and achieve their full potential. Join us in building a campus culture that values mental wellness.

Art Club

Also known as "Craft Club," we make some of the many Pinterest crafts that we have always wanted to attempt to create (e.g., canvas paintings, succulent decorating, crayon melting, coasters, fleece tie blankets)! All supplies are provided and the crafts we make are great dorm decorations or even gifts.  

Black Student Union

Black Students Union is an organization that aims to create a supportive, inclusive and educational community for black students  and help increase the awareness of black culture, issue, and achievements, by having events including cultural events, discussions on social justice and various activities. 

Creative Writing Club

Creative Writing Club is open to students with or without creative writing experience. Meeting weekly, students can choose to share their work, and other students provide compliments and constructive criticism on the work!  

Gaming Club

The Stonehill Gaming Club hosts weekly casual and competitive events featuring various video and tabletop games intended to build a strong sense of community of people across all identities and interests. 

Latinx

Latinx supports and promotes Hispanic and Latinx cultures on campus. We hope to create a safe atmosphere that unites individuals who identify as members of the Hispanic and Latinx Community, and those who do not, in order to collectively appreciate, embrace, and explore the diverse countries and cultures that make up our community.

Pan-Asian Alliance

Pan-Asian Alliance (PAA) is the Asian affinity club on campus. Our goal is to educate and inspire our members about the different countries of Asia, by hosting dynamic and interactive meetings and events. We work closely with the Office of Intercultural Affairs to promote diversity on campus, and make sure that we remain a safe space for everyone to come and enjoy our programs.

Projects for Purpose

Projects for Purpose is a crocheting/knitting club that is open to everyone to bring people together with the same interests. We can teach people how to crochet and come together to make projects to donate to various organizations to help those who don’t have much through a hobby we love.

PRIDE

PRIDE's purpose is to create a welcoming and inclusive campus environment for everyone regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender identity. PRIDE meets monthly and we welcome anyone and everyone to stop by!

Stonehill Chess Club

Chess Club is open to everyone. The club provides members the opportunity to grow learn and play through the use of strategy in chess. No experience is necessary. We will also provide our members with the opportunity to compete in events against other local schools. We want to promote the art of strategy through chess, as well as to provide our members with a variety of tactics in a fun and inclusive environment.

Stonehill Best Buddies

Stonehill Best Buddies is a club that works to promote friendship and inclusion between all individuals, both with and without disabilities! As a club, we partner with the Easton House of Possibilities, where we meet with members weekly to do different activities; such as crafts, karaoke, basketball, and games! If you're interesting in creating new friendships in our inclusive environment, please join Best Buddies!

Stonehill Take Back the Night Chapter

Stonehill's Take Back the Night Chapter is for anyone who is passionate about combatting sexual violence. As a club, we host a variety of events and discussions all with the goal of raising awareness for sexual violence and continuing to make Stonehill a supportive campus for all survivors. 

Supercharged Stonehill Car Club

Supercharged Stonehill Car Club brings together Stonehill students with a shared love of cars. Through on and off campus meetings, the club creates a welcoming and inclusive community of car enthusiasts who are interested in sharing their passion with others.

Student Government Association

The Stonehill College Student Government Association serves as the voice for undergraduate students. SGA takes an active and integral role in promoting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, campus-wide programming, legislation, and overall student engagement within the Stonehill community. Class Committees

Elected each year by members of their class, Class Committees are designed to serve the needs of each specific class as well as acting as a sounding board for class-specific issues through SGA. The following serve as their respective classes' Presidents.

Programming Committee is the area of SGA charged with bringing events and programs to campus throughout the year.

Commuter Council

The Commuter Council, with elected officers from various class years, is open to all commuter students. The council plans and implements programs and events specific to commuter students and serves as a voice for the commuter population at Stonehill.

Her Campus 

Her Campus is the #1 media site for college women to post original articles about topics such as current events, entertainment, style, beauty, wellness, and careers. We seek to provide women at Stonehill with an opportunity to creatively explore their college experience through writing and digital media while being involved in a community with other students who share a similar interest. Stonehill College Film Club

The goal of film club is to share and express ideas and opinions on a variety of films. Students will be able to join an environment of film enthusiasts where we can utilize criticism techniques and break down each film for discussion about the genre, plot, and make of the film. These discussions help give those interested in the film industry a platform to speak on, and helps these students find people like-minded, leading in the creation of a community. 

The Flyover: SBC

The Flyover is run by students who want to pursue a future in sports journalism or broadcasting. The Flyover works in collaboration with the athletic department and Skyhawk Vision to provide in-depth coverage on Skyhawk athletics.

The Summit

The Summit is Stonehill's student-run newspaper. Publishing several issues a semester, The Summit tackles both hard stories affecting student life, as well as the lighter side of Stonehill with interesting and though provoking human interest stories.

As Stonehill's on-campus radio station, we broadcast to the surrounding local communities and can be streamed online. You can have your own radio program to play music, talk about sports, and everything else in-between. If you've ever had any interest in the world of radio, join the WSHL family and find out how much fun being a DJ can be.

Dance Club

Dance Club is one of the largest clubs on campus and is open to everyone. The club provides members weekly classes consisting of hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, ballet, tap, and modern. No experience is necessary. We also hold two major performances a year to showcase our hard work to our friends and family. We want to promote the art of dance, as well as to provide our members with a variety of dance styles in a fun and inclusive environment!

Girls from the Hill (GFTH)

Girls From The Hill is Stonehill's all-female a cappella group. We are focused on fostering a welcoming space where we all have the ability to openly share our musical talents amongst our peers. Directed and organized entirely by students, GFTH carries on its legacy through admirable peer leadership and performance. 

Goose Troupe Improvisational Comedy Club

Students participate in and/or observe a variety of unrehearsed scenes & games and develop valuable acting and public speaking skills that can be used on and off the stage. Culminates in an end of the semester charity show for the entire campus.

RUCKUS Step and Hip Hop Dance Club

RUCKUS is a hip hop and step dance group for individuals with all different dance backgrounds and abilities. We are always looking for new members who want to have fun and dance in a safe environment. We are a student led club which means we have the freedom of choreographing our own routines. Come give us a try! 

Stonehill Musical Theatre Club (SMTC)

The Stonehill Musical Theatre Club (SMTC) is a student-run organization that welcomes students who are interested in acting, singing, dancing and even set crew. SMTC puts on a musical every school year and performs a cabaret at the end of each year.

Surround Sound

The first and only co-ed a cappella group at Stonehill tackling all kinds of artists and genres, from Stevie Wonder to Hozier. We promise to give you an earful of melodious harmony as well as entertain you with our wonderful senses of humor and stunning charm.  

UltraViolet K-Pop Dance Group

UltraViolet's primary focus is to create an environment for students to participate in activities related to K-Pop and other genres derived from it. We strive to do this through learning and performing popular K-Pop dances. We also aim to promote and explore Korean culture through engaging games, competitions, and entertaining elements inspired by Korean variety shows. 

College Democrats

College Democrats' main goal is encouraging civic participation and activism for local and national interests. We seek to connect students with opportunities within the Democratic Party, from canvassing for local candidates to discussing and addressing major policy issues. Although we operate from the perspective of the Democratic Party, we welcome students of all political persuasions for thoughtful dialogue.

Model United Nations

Model United Nations is a spring club open to students of all majors. The club focuses on simulating the work of the United Nations and culminates in a class trip to New York City later in the spring semester that includes schools from all over the world. 

Stonehill Political Science Club

The Stonehill Political Science Club was created in 2020 as a place to expand students' knowledge of politics while gaining academic and networking experience. The club holds events such as guest speakers for networking and future job and internship opportunities; they have a podcast that discusses current political issues; and an academic journal where members can publish peer-reviewed work. 

American Institute of Graphic Arts Stonehill Chapter

AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) Stonehill is a nationwide organization that allows students to attend programs and conferences to better their understanding of design. The program offers many opportunities to acquire new knowledge about the latest advances in the design community, especially through meetings and presentations. AIGA Stonehill is a student group associated with the AIGA Boston Chapter.

Stonehill College DECA Chapter

A chapter of students looking to network with professionals through a series of events and work to refine their presentation and critical thinking skills for an international competition. Students compete at different conferences in a wide array of events centered around marketing, management, entrepreneurship, finance, ethics, and a variety of other subjects. 

Pre-Dental Society

The Stonehill Pre-Dental Society is being revamped to serve as a resource for students interested in pursuing a career in dentistry. This society will provide opportunities for peer advising, helping students familiarize themselves with the application process and the requirements for admissions, healthcare volunteering, shadowing, and networking within the field. Any student from any background is welcome at meetings, even if they are not pre-dental.

Badminton Club

The Badminton Club provides opportunities for members to enjoy and improve their skills in the sport of Badminton. Our club welcomes players of all levels, from beginners to advanced players, and strives to create a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and challenged. We will be hosting friendly games and tournaments throughout the year. Whether you're looking to compete at a high level or just enjoy playing recreationally, the Badminton Club offers a great opportunity to get involved in the sport and meet like-minded people on campus. 

Cornhole Club

Stonehill Cornhole Club is a student led club dedicated to creating a fun, social atmosphere where you can hone your cornhole skills, meet new people, and enjoy friendly competition, whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out. We welcome players of all skill levels and host regular tournaments, casual games, and social events. This club is perfect for building camaraderie and having a great time on the cornhole court!

Run for Fun Club

The Run for Fun Club is a non-competitive and fun way for students at Stonehill to pursue running. This club will allow students to feel a sense of community with others who are also passionate about and enjoy running, or who are looking to start running. No experience is necessary to join. We will meet once a week to run. 

Stonehill Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

The Stonehill Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of a kind for the school. We are a club who trains a martial art called Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We train at a gym off campus and train once a week.

Stonehill Gymnastics Club

The Stonehill Gymnastics Club was formed in 2024. In this club, we will train at an off-campus gym 1 or 2 times a week. No experience is necessary to join this club, so if you want to learn some gymnastics skills or improve the skills you already have, then this club is for you. This club offers an excellent opportunity to get involved in gymnastics and have fun!

Stonehill Ski and Snowboard Club

Welcome to Stonehill Ski and Snowboard Club! Established in 2023, we foster a vibrant community of students who are passionate about adventure and our favorite winter sports. Our club offers the perfect opportunity to make new friends and improve their skills on the slopes. Beyond the slopes, our club has a close-knit group that encourages camaraderie and bonding through shared experiences. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or brand new to the sport, we encourage you to come and have some fun and build lasting relationships!

Masses

All members of the Stonehill community are welcome and encouraged to gather for worship. Masses are celebrated on campus throughout the week in the Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows, the Chapel of Mary, and in various residence hall chapels. Campus Ministry provides information about local religious services in other faith traditions for those students who are interested. 

Retreats

If you’re looking for a great way to spend a weekend away from Stonehill, a Campus Ministry retreat might be perfect for you. Retreats are the perfect opportunity to deepen your faith, spirituality and sense of community. You’ll get to know your peers on a new level, and you’ll learn a lot about yourself. 

Sacramental Preparation

Students wishing to pursue preparation for the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation and Marriage can do so through programs offered within Campus Ministry.

Habitat for Humanity  

A fully student driven club that works with South Shore Habitat and Collegiate Challenge to build affordable housing for families in need. Working with certified contractors, we learn skills to safely build homes for hard working families. Our club fundraises, volunteers, and aids in giving what Habitat for Humanity calls "the hand-up, not a hand-out".

Make-A-Wish Club  

Make-A-Wish club is a student lead club on campus that works directly with the Make-A-Wish Boston chapter and helps raise money for the foundation; a foundation that helps fulfill the wishes of critically ill children. If you have any interest in volunteering or service, this is the club for you. This club entails fundraising, monthly update meetings, collaborations with local businesses, creating gifts and cards for patients, possible interactions with patients, and more planned club activities along the way. We encourage everyone to attend a meeting and be a part of the MAW club! 

Pinky Swear PACK Program

The Pinky Swear Pack is a group of college ambassadors who raise awareness and support children suffering from pediatric cancer. The group embraces the goals of the Pinky Swear Organization by participating in activities with pediatric cancer patients, hosting fundraisers, completing hands-on activities to support the children, and working with other schools to expand awareness of the cause

Relay For Life

A fundraising club here on campus that works to come up with and execute different fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society. We also plan the campus' annual 12-hour Relay For Life event that honors the memory of all those who have battled cancer.

The Office of Student Engagement provides opportunities that will empower students to create a fun and positive campus community. The office enjoys a strong working and advising relationship with the Student Government Association, class committees and many of the student clubs and organizations.
