Master of Accounting at Loyola University Maryland
Purpose
This agreement facilitates the admission of Stonehill College undergraduate students into the Master of Accounting (MAcc) program at Loyola University Maryland.
Eligibility
Fast Track admission to the Loyola MAcc requires the following:
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student at Stonehill College with a major in Accounting, including the following specific courses:
- BUS 203 – Financial Accounting
- BUS 204 – Managerial Accounting
- BUS 311 – Intermediate Accounting I
- BUS 312 – Intermediate Accounting II
- BUS 417 – Auditing
- BUS 203 – Financial Accounting
- Overall undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher and minimum GPA of 3.0 for all Accounting major courses at the time of application
- Satisfactory completion of remaining undergraduate degree coursework, maintaining the minimum GPA requirements noted above
Students are encouraged to apply for Fast Track admission to the MAcc program after completion of the second semester of their junior year. An official transcript will be required at the time of application, and final acceptance will be dependent upon receipt of official final transcripts upon graduation from Stonehill College. Final transcripts must reflect the criteria stated above.

- 15% tuition discount (Summer 2023 start term and beyond)

- Essay waived
- Letter of recommendation waived

- Completed online application (applicants must select the Fast Track option when applying)
- Indicate that you are applying Fast Track on the application
- Résumé
- Official transcripts
Admitted students who applied via Fast Track admission by the priority deadline will have priority for consideration of merit award scholarships.
Upon acceptance into the MAcc program, a nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure enrollment. This deposit will be applied toward the first semester of tuition.
