Did you know Stonehill offers publicly-accessible printing to multi-function Xeroxes throughout campus? All you need is your Stonehill username and password to send and release print jobs from any of our computer labs, lounges, or even mobile devices like laptops and phones connected to our secure wireless network.
Here's how it works: When you send a print job from a lab computer, the job is held at a nearby printer that you select from the print dialog. If you use MobilePrint, the job can be sent to any printer on campus with a release station. In both cases, the job will be held at the printer for up to 4 hours for you to pick up at your convenience.
Once you're physically at the printer and ready to pick up your jobs, you'll need to log in at the touchscreen to release them. Press the Print Job Release button on the touchscreen, and using either the on-screen or attached keyboard, log in with your Stonehill username and password to see a listing of all the print jobs waiting in your queue. Here you'll have the opportunity to delete any jobs you may have sent in error or no longer need, print only certain jobs, or print all of them.
