Tired of looking for those notes you took a few weeks ago? Too many sticky notes? OneNote has you covered. OneNote is a synchronized digital notebook that allows you to add text, documents, pictures, and even web content anywhere and freely format it however you want.

  • Have a touch device? You can use it to write or draw just like on paper.
  • Clip content from the web, right into the same space as your notes.
  • Organize your notes into separate labeled, color-coded sections and multiple notebooks.
  • Collaborate on a notebook in real-time with other Stonehill users

We highly recommend creating your notebooks in your OneDrive, so you’ll never need to worry about backing them up. OneNote synchronizes instantly across all your devices, so you can start notes on your phone and then pick them up later on your laptop, or access them from anywhere using a web browser.

OneNote is already on all Stonehill computers, and if you have Office 2013 or later, you already have it as well.  Check out Microsoft's OneNote knowledge base for more information, and if you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the IT Service Desk at 508-565-1111 or service-desk@stonehill.edu
