Housing Accommodations

The deadline for returning students to apply for a housing accommodation for the Fall 2024 semester is March 12, 2024. Students approved for accommodations during the 2023-2024 academic year must apply by this date to renew accommodations.

The housing accommodations process is administered by Accessibility Services and overseen by the Office of General Counsel. To apply for or renew a housing accommodation, please visit Accessibility Services in myHill (under the Navigation Center).

Students who are approved for certain accommodations (single rooms, private bathrooms, etc.) will be placed in housing assignments directly by the Office of Residence Life and therefore will not select a room through the lottery process. Students approved for other accommodations (air conditioning, emotional support animals, etc.) should select housing through the general housing lottery process. If you have questions about whether you will be placed or should go through the housing lottery process, please contact the Residence Life office.

All students planning to live on campus for the Fall 2024 semester, including students approved for housing accommodations, must complete a fall housing application on MyHousing. Housing applications are due Sunday March 17.

Students approved for air conditioning accommodations should prioritize selecting housing in buildings with air conditioning or air cooling, if possible.

All window air conditioning units are removed beginning in October, and are not reinstalled in the spring semester.

Buildings with air cooling and air conditioning are:
