The Global Education Office (GEO) connects students with many global learning pathways: study abroad, international internships, faculty led travel seminars, and summer and January term programs. These high impact experiential learning programs facilitate intercultural dialogue and expand international awareness, challenging students to take authorship of their personal and intellectual growth within a global context. Through intentional mentorship, students learn to apply their academic pursuits, co-curricular interests, and career goals to their global experience, inspiring a commitment to lifelong global learning. The GEO’s guided programming supports students before, during, and after an abroad experience, empowering each student to become an agent of social change and inspiring them to mindfully contribute and provide leadership within an increasingly interdependent and multicultural society.
