Federal Perkins Loan

As the loan servicer for the Federal Perkins Loan Stonehill College bills quarterly. Payment due dates are January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Late fees will be assessed for payments received after the scheduled due date.

If you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled due date, please contact the Assistant Director for Loans by calling (508) 565-1076 or emailing at studentloans@stonehill.edu There may be Federal Perkins Loan benefits for borrowers that are experiencing financial hardships. Also, there are deferment options for borrowers that are attending school at least half-time. Please use the appropriate form below to apply for these benefits.

IMPORTANT

Stonehill College intends to liquidate and closeout its Federal Perkins Loan Program. As part of this process, your Federal Perkins (or NDSL, or Defense) loan(s) will be assigned and transferred to the U.S. Department of Education.

Once the assignment of your Federal Perkins Loan(s) to the U.S. Department of Education is complete, you will receive notification from the “Federal Perkins Loan Servicer - ECSI.” ECSI will provide information on where to send your payments as well as contact information for assistance.
