Groups are formed based upon student needs and concerns and are typically psycho-educational and/or peer-support in format.  Counseling Services will announce group offerings each semester, typically by email.  Previous group topics have included healthy relationships, body image, self-esteem, and grief.   

For Academic Year 20-21 Counseling Services at various times has offered the following psychoeducational or peer support groups at varying intervals:

  • Mindfulness
  • Finding Your Balance: Thriving Through Difficult Times
  • Latinx Drop-In
  • Senior Drop-In
  • We're In This Together: Support During Remote Learning
