The goal of the Finance Information Systems Office is to ensure that the Finance Division makes the most efficient and effective use of data and technology.

This office is responsible for preserving, enhancing and supporting Stonehill’s financial, physical and human resources.  In addition, the Office of Finance Information Services provides consultation, support and services to the College in this capacity, and partners with the Information Technology Office to interpret college wide business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

In order to achieve these goals, the office of Finance Information Services must ensure the activities proposed and resources requested reflect sound business judgment and support the overall goals and mission of the Stonehill College. The Manager of Finance Information Services works closely with all areas of the College to:

  • Responsibly manage the College's resources ensuring its sound financial condition for this generation and those that follow
  • Deliver quality services expeditiously
  • Enhance the physical infrastructure of the campus
  • Create conditions in which students and employees can do their best work.

The Office of Finance Information Services receives a broad spectrum of requests, which range from simple report creation to more complex tasks such as new system implementations. The goal of the Finance Information Services Office is to provide the most efficient, effective solutions for information processing needs and to do so in a friendly, supportive manner.
