All commuter students must register their vehicle and purchase parking decals each year before parking on campus.

Apply for a Parking Decal

You will need your vehicle registration and your Stonehill ID number in order to apply for a parking decal.

Students with vehicles on campus must register their vehicle in My Hill through the “My Parking” tile. Click on the “Manage Vehicle” tab to add, edit, or make vehicle inactive. Select the “Apply for Permit” tile to request a parking decal each academic year.

Cost and Pickup

Commuter parking permits are $100 for the full year. The cost of the decal will be charged to your student account. Fees are not refundable.

At the beginning of the semester Campus Police department will send an email stating dates, times, and location of decal pickup. After the first 2 weeks of the new semester students should be directed to CPD for the decal and/or transponder pickup during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30qm-4:30pm).

Please fix the gate transponder to the center below your rearview mirror. This will allow you access to campus through newly installed gates at both Rte. 123/Belmont Street and Rte. 138/Washington Street entrances.

A $10.00 fee will be applied for any replacement transponders. If student’s status changes the transponder will be deactivated.

The parking decal must be affixed to the lower left (drivers’ side) of the windshield.

Where to Park

Commuter students are allowed to park in the Chapel of Mary Lot (purple lined spaces only), Roche North Lot, and the Student/Visitor Lot.  MacPhaidin Library Lot is staff only parking. Students who park in any location other than the designated areas are subject to being ticketed/and or towed at the owner's expense.
