Unfortunately, we do not have much information about Br. Protase. We know that he spent significant time at the Congregation of Holy Cross Brothers Postulate in North Dartmouth, MA, which has since been dissolved. While at the Brothers Postulate, Br. Protase was in charge of the farm where postulants kept busy. Br. Protase had three brothers who were also C.S.C.s in the Congregation of Holy Cross.
