In order to confirm that you understand the terms of Good Academic Standing as articulated in the online Hill Book and the academic support resources available to you, it is required that you submit this form to the Office of Academic Services & Advising in advance of your meeting with an academic advisor. The goal of this process is to encourage you to reflect on the factors that led to your academic performance and consider a number of resources to support your improvement during the next semester.
