Stonehill College Celebrates 2025 Gaudete Medal Recipients
Faculty and staff who have achieved 20 or more years of service were honored at a recent Mass.
Stonehill College recognized the invaluable contributions of employees who have dedicated 20 or more years of service to the institution during a Mass offered in the Chapel of Mary on Saturday, December 13. This date was the vigil of the third Sunday of Advent, also known as Gaudete Sunday.
As part of the celebration, the College awarded the Gaudete Medal to faculty and staff who reached the 20-year milestone in 2025. Designed by artist Enrico Manfrini, the medal bears the Latin phrase “Gaudete in Domino Semper,” meaning “Rejoice in the Lord always.”
Following the liturgy, past and present Gaudete Medalists gathered in Stonehill’s Martin Institute for a celebratory dinner.
Congratulations to this year’s honorees!
