Light Every Path...Impact Others
Each year, the community unites for the STONEHILL DAY OF LIGHT AND HOPE — a celebration of generosity and shared purpose. We come together for this special day of giving to support scholarships, athletics, academics, mission and service programs and other key initiatives that shape the Stonehill experience. This day highlights the impact our collective effort makes when we join in support of the College and its students.
This year, we are also strengthening momentum for our strategic plan, Stonehill 2030: Building Together, which focuses on expanding opportunities, enhancing academic and cocurricular achievement, investing in facilities and empowering our community. Your participation helps position Stonehill to meet the needs of today’s students while shaping its future.
Stonehill’s mission is to educate our students to think, act, and lead with courage to create a more just and compassionate world. Your gift to scholarships facilitates our efforts to expand our students’ minds, broaden their experiences, and hone their capabilities through critical thinking, free inquiry and the interchange of ideas.
The GoHill Fund supports 575 student-athletes across 23 varsity sports competing at the NCAA Division I level, providing the resources to compete and succeed at the highest levels—on and off the field. Your gift ensures we can fulfill our commitment to uphold the highest standards of academic and athletic integrity and provide a transformative experience for our student-athletes.
Resources such as the Bridge Fund, Student Opportunity Fund, Wellness Initiatives Fund and the Intercultural Affairs Programming Innovation Fund provide opportunities for students to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Our academic approach challenges students to engage in rigorous courses of study: to apply their growing knowledge through research, writing, and oral presentations; and to put that knowledge to work and to service through internships, field work and community-based learning. Your support can help us with undergraduate student research, Faculty development programs, new scientific equipment and much more.
Programs such as H.O.P.E. Service Immersion, Campus Ministry, Chapel Choir, and The Farm at Stonehill provide opportunities for Stonehill students to engage in activities that enhance the College's mission.
Annual gifts to the Stonehill College Fund help Stonehill continue to be a place where anyone can thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances creating an extraordinary place of education, collaboration, and innovation. This resource is powerful in its immediacy and needed every year in order to sustain core programs and fulfill the College’s mission.
