Matt Brown Perseverance Scholarship
Together, the Class of 2016 has truly had a memorable Stonehill experience, impacted and shaped by not only the Stonehill Community, but by the members of the class as well.
The 2016 Senior Class Gift Committee established the Matt Brown '16 Perseverance Scholarship as their senior class gift, in honor of their fellow classmate, acknowledging his spirit, strength and ability that have inspired the Stonehill community.
Even before coming to Stonehill, Matt Brown '16 overcame so much. As a student and member of the community, he consistently inspired others to persevere. Matt came to Stonehill because he felt the College could meet his needs.
The Matt Brown Perseverance Scholarship will benefit Stonehill students to come while honoring the spirit of Matt and the measure of his strength and ability to inspire all of us!
To me, one of the most impressive aspects of the Stonehill College community has been the kindness of its various donors. By receiving The Matt Brown Perseverance Scholarship, I am able to concentrate on what is important for me- my education.
Your financial generosity has allowed me to be one step closer to my goal and has inspired me to help others by giving back to the Stonehill College community.
