Biography

Professor Shavel (Myton) Aldophe ’03 is committed to developing and equipping the next generation of leaders. Her career path, spanning more than 20 years, has included various leadership roles at top healthcare organizations throughout Massachusetts. Each role has solidified the importance of leaders having sound healthcare operations acumen to better serve patients and our communities. This realization led to the desire to teach at the collegiate level to inspire and prepare students to pursue this vital career path.

As Stonehill continues evolving, she endeavors to be an engaged and supportive alumna by helping the institution that gave her a strong foundation remain a top choice for students in their academic pursuits. She is an active member of BACES, a mentorship program at Stonehill that connects current BIPOC students with BIPOC alums who help them navigate their academic journey and beyond.
