Biography

Suzanne Edinger, Ph.D., joined the faculty of Stonehill College in August 2016.  She earned her doctoral degree in organizational behavior and human resource management with a minor in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Edinger's research focuses on the positive and negative relationships people form with their co-workers, and how these ties can influence both individual and team creativity and performance. Her research has been published in multiple outlets including the Journal of Applied Psychology. Her teaching interests center around teamwork, leadership, and the effective utilization and management of employees at work.

Edinger's professional career began in human resources at a manufacturing facility for General Mills.  She then transitioned into healthcare and worked for both HealthSouth and Balanced Care in human resources and facility administration.  Prior to joining the faculty at Stonehill College, she served on the faculty at the Nottingham University Business School at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
