Biography

Mark Walsh has been a Massachusetts State Trooper since August of 2002. From 2004 until 2015, he was assigned to the State Police Detective Unit in the Office of the Attorney General investigating white collar and high tech crimes. In May of 2015, Walsh transferred to the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crimes Unit, which is his current assignment as a computer forensics examiner. His current duties include the examination of computer hard drives and mobile electronic devices. Walsh hold several computer forensic certifications. Prior to his appointment to the Massachusetts State Police, he was employed as an evaluator with the United States Postal Service, Office of the Inspector General. He was also an associate probation officer with the Massachusetts Probation Department and a mutual fund accountant at State Street Bank.
