Biography
Karen Santo is the Office Manager for the Career Development team. She has over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Marketing. Karen manages the day-to-day needs of the department, works closely with the team, and makes sure every visitor receives a warm welcome into our office. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Fitchburg State University.
