Biography
Associate Professor of Operations Management Benjamin Marcus currently chairs the Department of Global Business, Operations & Strategy at Stonehill College’s Meehan School of Business. He teaches courses in operations management, business analytics and statistics. Additionally, he leads an international travel seminar, Sustainable Coffee & Culture in Costa Rica, and has delivered the First-Year Business Experience. His research interests are in sustainable value chains focused on specialty coffee. Having lived and taught in three countries (Canada, Indonesia, and the United States of America), he brings a global perspective to his teaching and research.
