The Modernistics are an acclaimed musical ensemble and tap-dancing group that performs classics from the Great American Songbook and the Jazz Age. Members include:

• Pamela Powers: Vocals and Tap
• Peter H. Bloom: Flute
• Mark Leighton: Guitar
• Dave Zox: Double-Bass

During this recital, the stellar quintet will perform classics like "Blue Skies," "Love Me or Leave Me," "Fascinating Rhythm," "Let’s Misbehave" and more.

The event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by the Department of Visual & Performing Arts.
