About the Program
Procedural justice refers to the perception of fairness, respect and dignity for every
individual within the justice system. This panel, featuring Commissioner of Probation Pamerson Ifill '92 and Justice Michelle Fentress of the Massachusetts District Court, will explore current trends in procedural justice inside and outside the courthouse.
