Academic Convocation
The College welcomes the campus community to the start of a new academic year during this ceremony, held annually.
As is tradition, the Senior Class will present President John Denning, C.S.C., with a carefully selected Ames Shovel and Stonehill College's Alumni Council will present the Senior and First-Year Class Pins. This year's winner of the Louise F. Hegarty Award for Excellence in Teaching will also be named.
