International Students

All international students should review important F-1 International Student Arrival and Vaccine information.

Fully Vaccinated Students

Fully Vaccinated Students may move onto campus on their scheduled arrival date. If you are Fully Vaccinated, you do not need to submit a pre-arrival COVID-19 test, but you must submit proof of vaccination.

To be considered a Fully Vaccinated Student

To be considered a Fully Vaccinated Student you must submit proof of your vaccine status through the Health Services Portal. At least two weeks must have elapsed since your second dose in a 2-dose vaccination series such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. WHO approved vaccines are also acceptable for international students.

Student-athletes should note that submission of vaccine documentation through athletics, while also required, is not a substitute for this requirement to submit documentation to Health Services.

Unvaccinated Students

Unvaccinated Students must adhere to the requirements below in order to be in compliance with the College's policies and protocols for unvaccinated students.

Requirement 1 - Vaccination in Progress

Unvaccinated students must submit at least one of the following before AUGUST 1. All documents should be submitted through the Health Services Portal.

  • Submit proof of vaccination in process, such as uploading proof of your first dose in a 2-dose series of a vaccine or uploading proof of both doses of a 2-dose series of a vaccine but received less than 14 days ago; or
  • Submit in writing a valid reason for not receiving the vaccine yet, such as restrictions in your country of residence; or
  • Submit proof of a valid medical exemption; or
  • Submit proof of a valid religious exemption

Please submit all documentation through the Health Services Portal. For assistance with vaccination options close to campus, please contact the Office of Health Services at (508) 565-1307 or health-services@stonehill.edu.

Requirement 2 - Negative COVID-19 Test Results

Unvaccinated students must submit negative COVID-19 test results from a test taken no more than 3 days prior to your arrival to campus; or if you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, submit proof that you fall under a 90-day testing exception. The test must be a negative PCR Test, negative BinaxNOW Antigen Test, or negative LumiraDX Antigen Test for COVID-19. Please plan ahead for your testing using the dates and deadlines provided below. No on-campus on-board/pre-arrival testing will be available. All test results should be submitted through the Health Services Portal.

If you test positive for COVID-19, either on your pre-arrival test or within the past 10-14 days, please remain at home and consult with Health Services. If you cannot locate a provider of one of the tests described above, please contact the Office of Health Services at (508) 565-1307 or health-services@stonehill.edu.

Compliant Unvaccinated Students who meet these requirements may move onto campus on their scheduled arrival date. Please submit all documentation through the Health Services Portal.

Surveillance Testing Requirement for Unvaccinated Students

Compliant Unvaccinated Students must be prepared to participate in weekly surveillance testing. You will receive a follow up communication letting you know where and when to report for your weekly surveillance testing. Please remember that no on-campus on-board/pre-arrival testing will be available.

Face Covering/Mask Requirement for Unvaccinated Students

Compliant Unvaccinated Students must comply with the Massachusetts May 29, 2021 Advisory Regarding Face Coverings and Cloth Masks, which requires masks to be worn by unvaccinated individuals indoors.
