The Stonehill Graduate & Professional Studies (GPS) Advisory Board brings together distinguished alumni and thought leaders who are passionate about the future of graduate programs at Stonehill and the success of our students. Advisory board members serve as strategic advisors to GPS leadership, offering expertise and guidance to strengthen programs, partnerships and alumni engagement.

Board Members

Cathy Campbell ’96

Senior Manager, Quality and Reporting at Modernizing Medicine, Inc.
Cathy Cambell is a seasoned Health IT professional with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare technology and clinical excellence. Throughout her career, she has specialized in the strategic implementation and management of electronic health record (EHR) systems, with a particular focus on clinical quality regulatory programs.

Cambell holds an M.S. in health and medical data analytics from Brandeis University and a B.A. in communication from Stonehill College.

Winslow Cilfone ’14

General Manager at La Cucina Sul Mare
Winslow Cilfone was born and raised on Cape Cod and went to Falmouth High School. He graduated from Stonehill in 2014 with a degree in management and a minor in economics. While at Stonehill, he played intramural football and basketball and also wrote for and was editor in chief of The Summit. After graduating, he briefly worked at W.B. Mason before taking on a major role at his family's restaurant La Cucina Sul Mare, which opened in 2002. He is also a licensed real estate agent and recently started helping his brother Carmen Cilfone ’17 with his company Merchant Allies, which is in the payment processing world. They are currently helping consult with a new point of sale company Table Turn, which they implemented at La Cucina Sul Mare last May. The Cilfone family ran La Cucina Ristorante Easton from 2019-2024.

Chad D'Adamo ’99

Director, Data Governance & Analytics at Arbella Insurance Group
As the director of data governance and analytics at Arbella Insurance Group, Chad D'Adamo is responsible for the enterprise data and analytics strategy, overseeing the teams responsible for corporate analytics, data governance, data operations, data strategy and data engineering. As a member of Arbella’s senior leadership team, he provides strategic direction and partners with key stakeholders across the organization. Prior to joining the governance and analytics team, D'Adamo held other roles at Arbella in the areas of claim analytics, financial planning, and analysis and accounting.

D'Adamo also the holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and is a member of the Boston CPCU Society. He previously served on the board of directors for South Shore Habitat for Humanity and was on the executive committee as treasurer (2010-2012), vice president (2013) and board president (2014-2016).

Originally from Assonet, D'Adamo attended Bishop Stang High School and currently lives in Cohasset with his wife, son and two daughters.

Kevin Dubuc ’07

Senior Product Marketing Manager at Definitive Healthcare
Kevin Dubuc is a product marketing leader at Definitive Healthcare (DH), where he leads marketing initiatives for the provider and healthtech segments. A storyteller at heart, Dubuc helps articulate the value that DH brings to healthcare-focused organizations so that they can uncover untapped market opportunities, refine audience segmentation and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies that ultimately improve healthcare delivery globally.

Prior to joining DH, Dubuc spent nearly five years at Cardinal Health managing a portfolio of major medical supply brands. During his tenure, he focused on fluid management and skin health, developing deep expertise in the intersection of healthcare supply chain logistics and clinical operations. Dubuc’s professional foundation also includes experience in financial operations at Brown Brothers Harriman and institutional advancement at Stonehill College.

Dubuc holds a bachelor of science in finance from Stonehill College. This analytical background, combined with over a decade of industry experience, allows him to approach product marketing with a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic vision. Outside of work, Dubuc enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and he is always on the hunt for the next great restaurant.

Dan Farley ’92

Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at State Street Investment Management
Dan Farley is executive vice president and chief investment officer of State Street Investment Management’s Investment Solutions Group, overseeing a global team of more than 150 professionals responsible for managing over $400 billion in multi‑asset portfolios. He leads the firm’s target date, active asset allocation and outsourced CIO strategies, and serves as a member of State Street’s Executive Management Group.

Since joining the firm in 1992, Farley has built more than 25 years of experience across investment strategy, portfolio construction and organizational leadership. He previously led the U.S. multi‑asset solutions team, guiding the development of client‑focused investment frameworks and scalable portfolio management capabilities.

Farley holds an MBA from Bentley University and a BSBA from Stonehill College, and is a chartered financial analyst. He is an active member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Boston and serves as executive sponsor of State Street’s Latin American Professionals Network. A frequent speaker on global markets and asset allocation, Farley also contributes to the broader community as a trustee of Bentley University and chairman of the board at the Crispus Attucks Children’s Center.

Kristin Ferguson ’08 M’21

VP, Head of Marketing for Business, Treasury and Wholesale Payments at Citizens Bank
Kristin Ferguson is vice president of B2B marketing at Citizens Bank, where she has spent the past 10 years leading marketing strategy for commercial and business banking audiences. Prior to joining Citizens, she led content and social media strategy for a variety of organizations, helping brands strengthen engagement and storytelling across digital channels.

A proud Stonehill alum, Ferguson earned her undergraduate degree in 2008 and completed her master’s degree in integrated marketing communications in 2021. She is currently a candidate in the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School, with an anticipated graduation in summer 2027.

Ferguson lives in Easton with her husband John and their two children, Bailey (11) and Leo (7).

Joseph Gomes ’84

Director of Communications for Titleist and FootJoy at Acushnet Company (retired)
Joseph Gomes retired from Acushnet Company in June 2025 as the director of communications for Titleist and FootJoy, following 29 years promoting two of the most popular and authentic brands in golf.

Gomes was responsible for the development, execution and oversight of all aspects of the global public relations and communications strategy for the Titleist brand, including new product introductions across all equipment categories, content creation, player support and sponsorship, and serving as the key conduit between the media, advertising partners and the company.

Upon graduation from Stonehill in 1984, Gomes' professional journey began with a one-year internship at the BIG EAST Conference, followed by one year as the sports information director at American International College. In 1986, he began a five-year stint as the assistant sports information director at Boston College. In 1991, he returned to the BIG EAST Conference in an athletic communications role when the organization implemented football for the first time.

Julie Spillane Hamilton ’95

Superintendent of Holbrook Public Schools
Since graduating from Stonehill College in 1995, Julie Spillane Hamilton has worked in education for the past 30 years. She has served as an elementary school teacher, assistant principal, director of curriculum and assistant superintendent. Currently, she is the superintendent of the Holbrook Public Schools, a position she has held for the past decade.

In addition, she also earned a master's degree in educational leadership (’03) and a certificate of advanced studies in organizational leadership with a focus on curriculum and instruction from Bridgewater State University (’06). She is working on completing her doctoral degree from Northeastern University. Hamilton also serves as the chairman of the board for the North River Collaborative School, and is an active member of M.A.S.S., A.S.C.D., and A.A.S.A.

Hamilton lives in Abington with her husband and two sons, both of whom attended Stonehill College (Kevin graduates this May!).

Melanie O'Neil ’99

Founder and President of Rustic Marlin
Melanie O’Neil is a co-founder of Rustic Marlin, an American-made home décor brand built on craftsmanship, heart and a whole lot of wood. What began as a creative passion project with her husband has grown into a nationally sold business.

She began her career at Reebok and later worked with several startups, where she developed a deep love for entrepreneurship and hands-on growth. O’Neil has previously served on advisory and nonprofit boards focused on small business growth and community development.

An Everett native​, O’Neil is a Stonehill College alum and holds a master’s degree from Boston College​. Today, she enjoys coastal life in Scituate, where she finds inspiration by the sea and loves hosting friends and family.​

Jennifer O'Neill ’03

Superintendent of Norton Public Schools
Jennifer O’Neill, Ed.D., is a proud alum of Stonehill College and a veteran educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in public education. She began her career as an elementary classroom teacher and has since served in multiple district-level leadership roles, including director of curriculum and instruction, assistant superintendent for teaching and learning, and, currently, superintendent of schools.

O’Neill’s academic journey reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning and leadership development. After earning her undergraduate degree in education from Stonehill College, she pursued advanced study in elementary education and educational leadership, culminating in a doctoral degree in curriculum and leadership. This progression mirrors her professional focus on supporting adult learners, developing effective leaders and aligning learning experiences with real-world professional demands.

Throughout her career, O’Neill has led large-scale initiatives focused on curriculum design, professional development, workforce readiness and organizational improvement. She is particularly passionate about creating pathways and opportunities for female leaders, mentoring emerging professionals, and fostering inclusive leadership cultures. Her experience working closely with graduate-level educators and professionals positions her to contribute meaningfully to the Graduate & Professional Studies Board, strengthening program relevance, accessibility and alignment with the evolving needs of today’s learners.

Olivia Osiecki ’16

Governance Assistant at Massachusetts Teachers Association
Olivia Osiecki works at the Massachusetts Teachers Association as the governance assistant, where she provides administrative support to the executive committee, the board of directors, and the director of governance and administration. In addition, she is the project coordinator for facilitating the annual meeting of delegates. In addition, Osiecki is also a group exercise instructor at the Stoughton YMCA, where she teaches Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning and Water in Motion. She loves cats and red pandas and enjoys a shopping spree or two!

Justin Scheets ’03 M’21

Director of Analytics & AI – Clinicals & MLOps at athenaHealth
Justin Scheets is an analytics, product and AI leader in healthcare technology, owning both product analytics and AI platform functions as distinct but tightly aligned disciplines. His work focuses on embedding trusted, validated AI into real customer workflows while ensuring strong analytical foundations that drive measurable product and business outcomes. He brings a pragmatic, execution-oriented perspective on scaling GenAI responsibly across complex, regulated environments.

Dan Schiappa ’92

Owner, Property Manager and Realtor of Infante Property Management
Dan Schiappa is the owner of Infante Property Management (IPM), LLC, a full service property management company in Framingham. As the owner, he manages a portfolio of residential properties, including multi‑unit buildings, single‑family homes and condominiums, and oversees property management services for owners and tenants.

In addition to being an investment property owner and manager and licensed real estate professional, Schiappa has extensive experience in investment property analysis, personal and corporate tax preparation, and financial statement preparation.

He is also a proud husband and father of five children.

Daniel Singh ’99

Chief Investment Officer of Dhyan Capital Management
Daniel Singh is the chief investment officer of Dhyan Capital Management, where he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investment process. He has over 25 years of experience working in the financial services industry and has spent the last 15 years managing investment portfolios for individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations. Singh has extensive experience leading investment teams, directing investment research and building durable investment strategies. Singh attended Stonehill College where he played both soccer and golf and graduated in 1999 with his B.S. in business. He earned an MBA from Boston College in 2005 and is a CFA charterholder. In his spare time, Singh enjoys golfing, skiing and travelling with his wife and three children.

Marc Smith ’99

Superintendent of the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District
Mark Smith, Ed.D., has been a public school educator for over 25 years, serving as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director and superintendent. Currently, he is the superintendent of the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District, a school district of approximately 3,000 students and roughly 630 employees. As superintendent, Smith serves as the school committee's lead executive and is responsible for enacting the district's strategic priorities along with day-to-day operations of the district. In addition to his current work with Dennis-Yarmouth, he serves on DESE's Accountability and Assistance Advisory Council, and is the superintendent representative to his local Educational Collaborative. Smith teaches a course on educational leadership and supervision to new leaders through the Collaborative and that work gives him great joy as he loves to give back to his profession and help support the next generation of school leaders. Finally, he is a lifelong resident of the Cape. He and his wife are raising four children who range from being in the final stages of high school to fully "launched" into adulthood.

Steven Viveiros ’98

Associate Dean, Graduate Student Services in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College
Steven Viveiros currently serves as associate dean for graduate student services in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College. In his four years in this role, he has developed opportunities for graduate students that guide their formation as future contributing members of our society. Viveiros has over 25 years of experience in higher education, working with graduate and undergraduate programs in the areas of academic advising and student success. He has also served on the Council of NACADA Association: The Global Community for Academic Advising, in addition to several other leadership roles within the association at the national and regional levels.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Viveiros enjoys traveling with his wife Jayme (’98) and son Ethan (anticipated ’27). Both he and his wife enjoy music and remain connected to Stonehill through the Chapel of Mary and Campus Ministry. On occasion, you may find them singing at a holiday mass with other members of the Stonehill community. In addition to travel and singing, they are also certified bourbon stewards who love to engage with others who appreciate the spirits and seek to learn more about the bourbon experience, culture and its community.
