A Catholic college founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1948, Stonehill would like to help you build on the rigorous academic standards you have already experienced and offer you the opportunity to further your studies in a community where exceptional minds are fortified by strong character.

All graduates from high schools in the Diocese of Brooklyn who are offered admission to Stonehill will  receive a minimum of a $15,000 (up to $30,000) merit scholarship.*

This financial commitment is offered in recognition of the sacrifices families have made to provide their children a local faith-based education, the confidence we have in the preparation provided by the Diocese and the great potential of its graduates.

No separate application is required unless need-based aid is sought. All merit scholarships are renewable for up to three subsequent years as long as the recipient remains a full-time student in good academic standing and maintains an acceptable disciplinary record.

Inspired and guided by the tenets of a Catholic education, Stonehill combines outstanding academic and professional opportunities in a community of service and inclusion. The result is confident leaders who think critically and care passionately.
