Managing your O365 Group documents

In an effort to keep you updated with the new features becoming available within O365 Groups, this week we're highlighting a new way to manage your Group files.

If you haven't used Groups yet, you should know that they can be a great way to share and store files with a group of people, independently of your own personal OneDrive. This is especially useful for a team of people working together on a particular project who can share and collaborate on files, all in one dedicated place.

If you are already using Groups, one thing to be aware of is the recent change to the way your Group's files are displayed.  If you click on Files in your Group, you will now see a simple listing of all the files belonging to your Group, including attachments from Group emails and conversations. This is designed to give you an easy way to see all your Group files in one view, sorted by date by default.

If you want the full functionality to manage, delete, or upload Group documents, simply click the Browse library button at the upper right. This will also navigate you to your Group's site, one of the new features Microsoft is introducing in Office 365. We will provide you with updates about this and other new features over the coming months.
