Submitting a Proposal

To submit a proposal to be voted on at a future senate meeting:

• Please complete the Senate Proposal Form (.doc).
• Email the form with the proposal to the senate vice president at least fourteen (14) days before the senate meeting.

Submitting a Proxy Ballot

If you are a senator and will not be able to make it to a senate meeting:

• Please complete a proxy ballot (.doc).
• Submit your proxy ballot to the vice president of the senate either by e-mail or regular mail prior to the senate meeting.
