SEARCH - Student-led faith-based dialogue group
SEARCH is a mutual discussion and discovery dialogue group run by Moreau Student Ministers on Monday nights throughout the semester. Each SEARCH begins with a big question- some of which are often very difficult to fully answer- and an open-floor style discussion. SEARCH allows each student to bring their perspective, experience, additional questions, and potential answers to the group, allowing each individual to search for and find God, community, and answers to life's big questions.
There is no sign-up nor RSVP required for SEARCH- just show up to the Chapel of Mary gathering space on Monday nights at 7:30pm! Follow the Moreau Student Ministers (MSMs) on Instagram (@stonehillmsm) to stay up-to-date on upcoming SEARCHes and what their questions are.
Past SEARCH questions:
- How do I read scripture/the Bible?
- What is actually happening during the Mass?
- How do I live out my beliefs in science and my faith?
- Why do bad things happen to good people?
- How can I meet people where they're at in their faith journeys?
- How do images of the crucifixion impact my faith life?
- Where do faith and mental health intersect?
- What's Next? What will my faith life look like over the summer or in post-grad life?
